About
Hi and welcome to Limepickle.com

My name is Chris Nizzi and welcome to my blog called limepickle.com. I’m a grumpy middle aged man going on 18 who cares about humanity, it’s ailments, and the world we live in. To some extent, that’s why this blog exists.
I wasn’t going to put up a photograph in case it scared you off. But a friend of mine twisted my arm. He told me it would make the blog more personal, so I took the risk and did it in the end. Suprisingly the camera lense survived too!
Spent a little time here. Relax and read anything that takes your fancy! You’ll find a good mixture!
Equally, you are welcome to have a moan, quietly you understand, remonstrate peacefully, perhaps enjoy a little groan as long as it’s not too noisy, or even on the rare occasion, smile and share some joyous news with us all.
Why Limepickle.com?
A good question, it would be nice if there was a sensible answer! Try these. It’s a name that’s easily remembered which is especially useful for me! Or, it seemed like a good idea at the time.
The most plausible is probably that I like limepickle which can taste quite different every time you eat it! Which is like this blog.
What is the Limepickle blog about?
This blog is about everything and anything that is interesting or affects us at some point or other in our lives.
As time goes on (I type with two fingers, a bit like a snail in reverse really, so time passes slowly here), you will find a growing variety of articles and posts that will include the noteworthy, the amusing, and of course, ridiculous news items from around the globe.
Limepickle will also feature somewhere too. I enjoy food! Probably why there is a weight Loss page!
From food to weight loss and renewable energy
The food area of the blog is very likely to grow dramatically because I enjoy cooking and more poignantly eating good food. Herbs and spices, ingredients, recipes for traditional dishes and salads. What more could you want or wish for? Let me know!
Sadly, the weight loss category will have to grow just to deal with my resultant and slowly increasing little problem!
Renewable energy is going to feature predominantly. I along with many others, believe that wind power and solar energy amongst other renewable energy sources are directions mankind will have consider very carefully in the very near future.
There will be other topics too!
In a nutshell, Limepickle.com, as Douglas Adams of Hitch Hiker’s guide to the Universe fame would probably have put it, this blog is about Life, the Universe and number 42.
I’m told that my sense of humour is quite dry but mischievous and that my views can be quite controversial which I think is a good thing if it prompts debate. Please comment if you agree or disagree! I won’t be offended (Very much
or for too long
)
Making a contribution Limepickle
Please comment on what and where you will! The more the merrier.
If you have an article you would like to see published on this site, please get in touch with me by sending me a note. Use the Contact me page. I will look forward to hearing from you!
King regards
Chris Nizzi
