Traditionally Lime pickle has been used as a condiment to give a tangy twist to many different meals. Lime pickle can be used to enhance the flavour or provide a contrasting flavour to most meals including meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. Lime pickle can add an exotic touch!
