Balsamic vinegar glaze

We add glazes to many different dishes to enhance their flavour or presentation. A balsamic vinegar glaze does both.
I use it on meats, particularly beef and pork where it enhances the flavour without overpowering it. I also use a balsamic glaze on vegetables like sweet onions and carrots where it contrasts the flavour.
